    Great blog Laura!  I absolutely love balsamic vinegar in salad dressings and it’s a bit of a blow to discover how much sugar is in it (although ALL vinegars come under the “highly acidic” list on my alkaline diet, so I was having to get my head around that anyway!) – however I’ve found that a squeeze of lemon juice together with some good quality extra virgin olive oil is delicious and I would urge others to give it a try.

      AngieChurchill yeah that’s what I tend to go for a lot too these days. Balsamic is nice, but every now and then rather than a daily staple, especially if people are trying to adjust their taste buds to sweet.
