Christmas Giveaway: Sarah Wilson’s I Quit Sugar plan and cookbook voucher

Hurrah!… it’s Christmas! Rather than detailing how much sugar you may or may not eat over the next week, I thought a healthy giveaway competition might be more fitting for a fun Friday.

In case you didn’t know, I’m a big Sarah Wilson fan, having tried and reviewed her 8-week plan along with many of her recipes, my current favourite being the pumpkin spiced granola. She’s got some great tips, a lovely girly style and has been a strong influence on my low sugar plight.

In addition to the 8-week plan she’s developed and a fantastic cookbook with some of the most ingenious sugar free concoctions you would have never thought of. More recently she’s published a Christmas Meal Plan with loads of ideas and inspiration for a low sugar festive season.

The pictures tend to make you hungry as is the way with recipe books

With it being the season of giving, I’m giving a lucky reader a chance to win Sarah Wilson Christmas Gift Card for the bundle package of I Quit Sugar plan and I Quit Sugar cookbook ebooks, worth a total $29.

How to enter…

Complete as many of the following bullets as you like and leave a comment below to let me know which ones you’ve completed (each bullet will equal a separate entry so leave a separate comment for each thing you do)

Winning this could be a great motivator if you’re thinking of a New Years health kick in January. So if you’ve skipped a few workouts recently in place of xmas parties or mince pies, then enter this giveaway and do something more positive for your health without having to actually move from your screen…result!

Good luck and happy festive Friday!

Giveaway rules: Open to entries outside of the UK. Automated/bulk entries and entries from third parties are not permitted. Closing date 11.59 26th December 2012. I will choose a winner at random and will contact them to request an e-mail address for the prize. If I don’t hear within 5 days I will pick another winner at random. Also listed on Prizefinder.
